Need help on colors to dye my hair?

I dyed my Hair a few months ago to look black, but now its fading back to my usual light brown almost blond hair.It's right now looks like it is medium brown with darker brown streaks and blondish brown roots, i want to get it fixed soon, but don't know what to do with it. Some of my friends said to go back to black, some said blond and some said auburn. I have fair fair skin, and blue eyes that change from blue to green and grey when a light hits them. I kinda want to also add streaks in my hair. Some of my friends say if that's the case to dye it black and add red streaks, others say add blonde with black hair, but i don't want to look like a skunk, some say to do black hair with red and blond streaks but i can't find any pictures of it so can someone help me!
