Brutal police....:...................…

a group of people recently reported that police officers responding to a robery in progress, shot a bandit, then placed him in the van, and made the block a couple times, then they took the long traffic on the way to hospital. What they are saying, is that the police did all the delay so that the thief will die. In my views he shouldnt have been a thief in the first place, but im also not saying it was right to delay with intent of killing the guy. What do you guys have to say about this?
