Am i psychic at all?!**** HELP****?

As i recall i estimated i have had at least a hundred short dreams about plain stuff that goes on like when we asked someone to borrow their ketchup for our fries.Then i got this flashback thingy the afternoon showing that dream and it came true like legit happened.Bur i have had more dreams and now they are decreasing and if i am pschic how can i keep these powers from decreasing? Also when i stare or think or just look at stuff sometime i see streaks of colors and blotches and stuff like that with colors. So what type of powers are these if i am psychic?
