Is it true that Hinduism and Buddhism are the most scientific religions in the world?

Is Hinduism way ahead of its time scientifically. It is also the world's oldest living religion. Why is it more fascinating than the Abrahamic religions which came after. I also heard that the vedas also gives the definition of Zero, Infinity and the notion of the coexistence of mass and energy(E=mc^2) and many others. I just saw Carl Sagan's cosmos episodes where he gives the essence of the hindu religion. Movies like The Matrix were also strongly inspired by Hinduism and Buddhism. I also came to know that the notion of God is different and they believe in Pantheism and that is why they have different names for the different forces found in nature like wind, fire, water and so on. Is the BhagavadGita an interesting book to read. I am new to Hinduism but what exactly is it trying to say at the end.
