Do some beleive that the ancient Egyptians and Mayans knew that humans came from another planet or galaxy?

i think...i really think that man is himself an alien, proving us alieniotic theories, speaking junks!!! how can its be possible for humans(that only has, had n will be exists in earth,the only planet known to support life, with a very high tech equipments!!!!!!!) to possibly come from another galaxy....my friernd let nasa explore the whole galaxy 1st!! then ask this kinda questions!!!
